One place for everything your church keeps track of.
Membership, groups, forms, pastoral care, outreach, resources, communications and reports. One record for every person, one flat monthly fee, and a team in Montgomery who answers the phone.
$69 a month, flat. No per-member fees, no contract. Setup includes migrating your existing records and training your staff.
Nine modules, one record for every person
Change someone's address once and it is right everywhere. Every module hangs off the same person record, so nothing has to be reconciled at the end of the month.
Membership
Households, contact details, roles, attendance and the notes that explain who someone actually is. The record everything else attaches to.
Giving
Coming soonContributions attached to the giver, annual statements, and pledge tracking. In active development. Churches on the platform get it at no additional cost when it ships.
Groups
Small groups, ministries and teams, with leaders who can see their own roster without being handed the keys to everything else.
Forms & events
Sign-ups, registrations, volunteer interest and event responses, landing on the person record instead of in a spreadsheet someone forwards around.
Pastoral care
Visits, calls and prayer requests in a queue ordered by how long someone has waited. Notes are encrypted at rest and visible only to the roles you name.
Outreach
First-time guests, follow-up steps and who owns each one, so a visitor does not quietly fall off the end of a Sunday.
Resources
A shared library for the files your staff and volunteers keep asking for: forms, policies, media, service plans.
Communications
Email and text to a group, a ministry, or everyone who missed the last two Sundays, sent from the same list you already maintain.
Reports
Attendance trends, group health and membership change, plus a plain export of any list you build. Numbers for the board meeting without a rebuild.
It opens on what needs a decision
Not an app grid. The home screen is the short list of things that will go wrong if nobody touches them this week, and the number of days each has been sitting.
Three things need a decision this week
One platform fee. Real support when you want it. Nothing hidden.
The Fold is built and supported by Rampart Business Solutions, not a faceless vendor. Every church gets the full platform from day one, and no feature is ever locked behind a higher tier.
Everything your church needs to run day to day, in one place.

- Outreach tracking, resource library, communications
- Reports and exports
- Two-factor authentication for staff accounts
- Standard email support, answered within one business day

Getting started right matters more than getting started fast.
- Migrating your existing member records
- An initial branding pass, so the platform looks like your church and not a template
- Training for whoever will use it day to day
Churches moving off another system with more complex data may cost more. We tell you the number after a short call, before you commit to anything.
For churches that want an ongoing design and development partner, not just a support ticket.
- Priority support with a direct line to Rampart
- Ongoing design and development time each month, for new pages, report formats and workflow changes
- A quarterly check-in to review what is working and what to build next
Add it when you need it. Drop it when you don't.
The two charges we are never going to add
No percentage of your giving
When giving ships, payment processing will run through Stripe at Stripe's standard rate. You will see exactly what you are paying and why, rather than a markup buried inside a bigger number. Rampart does not take a cut of what your congregation gives.
No charge per member
A church of 60 and a church of 600 pay the same platform fee. Growing your roll should not raise your software bill, and it should never be the reason someone hesitates to add a family to the system.
Questions worth asking us
When does giving arrive, and what happens to my current process?
What does setup actually involve?
Who can see pastoral notes?
What happens to our data if we leave?
Do we need the Managed plan?
Who is Rampart?
Talk to us before you commit
We will walk through what setup involves for your specific situation, what your first month looks like, and whether Managed makes any sense for where your church is right now.
